John Cordell is the owner of Inspection Plus, Ltd in Cincinnati. Inspection Plus, Ltd inspects residential homes and commercial properties in and around the Cincinnati area. John started Inspection Plus, Ltd in 1991. Since then, Inspection Plus, Ltd has performed over 29,000 home inspections and hundreds of commercial property inspections.
Because the building industry is constantly changing, the inspectors at Inspection Plus are required to take a minimum of 30 credit hours each year through The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
We strive to be sensitive to the needs of the buyer, seller and realtors we work with on each inspection because we know this is important to everyone involved. Now we can print reports on site and including pictures.
